Getting started

What do I need to get started?

Connect a marketplace in Settings — the seller ID and the API key from the GGsel or Digiseller cabinet are needed. The catalog is imported automatically and appears under Products. Then pick a pricing mode and, if the plan includes them, fill the auto-delivery stock and add auto-replies.

Where do I find the seller ID and the API key?

In the marketplace seller cabinet, under API settings. Connecting requires the seller ID and the API key — the cabinet login and password are never asked for or stored.

How are the two listings of the same product linked?

Listings are linked automatically when titles match, or manually on the product page in the “Linked on other marketplaces” block. “Apply to all marketplaces” copies the selected settings to linked listings. Prices are not synchronized: category commissions differ between marketplaces.

Why does a product have no type?

The type is detected automatically from the marketplace category and the product title. If the category is new and detection fails, pick the type on the product page — money-chain matching and platform price binding depend on it.

How often is marketplace data updated?

Orders are fetched roughly once an hour from every connected marketplace. The catalog refreshes on connect, with the “Import catalog” button and nightly when auto-refresh is on. Prices are sent as they are recalculated.

Pricing & modes

What pricing modes are available?

Each product uses one of three modes:

  • Static — the price changes only manually.
  • Following — the primary variant tracks the competitor median, minimum or lower quartile.
  • Dynamic — the price is derived from the cost (a platform price or a manual amount) plus the markup.

What is hysteresis?

The smallest percentage of price change below which a recalculation is not sent to the marketplace — protection from frequent tiny updates. Set per product; empty — the shared service value.

Why does a variant price not change after an FX rate update?

An FX rate change does not trigger a recalculation: the rate applies only when a price is calculated. To recalculate manually, open the product and press “Recalculate prices”.

What is the minimum price?

Each variant has a minimum price: a fixed amount or “cost plus a percentage”. A calculated price below the threshold is raised to it. “Cost plus” promises a margin, so it requires the category commission and a payout chain — without them the calculation is skipped.

How does price rounding work?

Settings offer rounding up or down: to whole rubles or to a price ending in 9 (149, 199, 1499). It applies in Following and Dynamic between the calculation and the minimum-price check; static prices are never rounded.

Why was a price calculation skipped?

Common reasons: the variant has no cost source (neither a platform price nor a manual amount), the category commission is not set, the account has no payout chain, or the deductions exceed the revenue. A skip never changes the price; the reason is shown in the calculation log on the product page.

Can I approve every price update manually?

Yes. Enable price approval on the product: a calculated price arrives as a proposal with a per-variant breakdown. Apply or decline it from the product page or from Telegram. An unaccepted proposal expires in a day without sending.

Commissions & cost

Where does the marketplace commission come from?

The sale commission is the seller’s value per marketplace category: an exact category path or a path-suffix rule covering a whole family. Price and margin math uses only the value set by the seller; without it the automatic calculation is skipped.

What is a commission hint?

A reference of rates from marketplace data. A hint helps fill in the value but never enters the math. If the value equals the previous hint and the hint changes, the value updates automatically — the trust setting turns this off. A custom value that differs from the hint is never touched.

Where does the cost come from?

From a platform price binding (Steam, PS Store, Xbox, Epic Games, GOG, Nintendo) or a manual amount on the variant. A binding takes precedence over the manual value. Cost and margin are recalculated on changes and refreshed nightly at current rates.

Why does the markup set a net amount?

The markup is what remains after the marketplace commission and payout deductions. The listed price is raised exactly enough so that, after all deductions, the set amount above cost remains. Order margin uses the same formula.

Money chains

What are money chains for?

A chain describes the path of money. Procurement chains refine the cost for Dynamic mode: which currency the goods are bought in and at what rate. The payout chain describes how marketplace revenue reaches the seller — both order margin and price calculation need it.

What does a chain consist of?

Of links. “Convert” changes the currency at the chosen rate source, “fee” adds or removes a percentage or an amount, “voucher” sets fixed prices per denomination corridor. Money passes through the links in order. The marketplace sale commission is never a link — it comes from the per-category value.

Which exchange rates are used?

Selectable per link: the central-bank rate, exchange rates, crypto P2P order books, exchangers, transfers and a manual rate. The rate applies at calculation time; a rate change does not trigger a recalculation.

What is a payout chain?

A chain attached to a marketplace account: what the money arrives in and which deductions stand on the way. Each payout method (marketplace payout, own acquiring) has one active chain. Without it order margin is not calculated and Dynamic mode skips the calculation.

Auto-delivery

What happens if the stock runs out?

If no free items are left, the order is not delivered, the listing is taken off sale and a notification is sent. After a restock, sales and delivery resume.

How does auto-delivery work?

Once an order is paid, an item is reserved from the pool and sent to the buyer. The stock is stored in encrypted form.

What does the buyer see after payment?

The delivery page: the item, order details, the activation instructions when filled in, and the store name. The “Problem with the product” button notifies the seller right away.

How does a shared pool work?

Linked listings of one product can share a pool: it is restocked once and delivered on both marketplaces from one stock. When the link is broken, the pool stays with one of the products — the unlink dialog asks which.

What happens when a delivered item is reported bad?

The batch is flagged, delivery from it stops, the product is taken off sale and the seller is notified. A restock clears the batch hold, but the listing is returned to sale by the seller — with the button in Products.

Auto-replies

How do auto-replies work?

Rules are checked in order; the first match wins. Match types: exact, keywords and by meaning — the question is matched against the examples. The reply goes into the marketplace chat on behalf of the store; fired rules are visible in the log.

Can buyers get replies in English?

Yes. A rule takes an English “condition + reply” pair: matching runs against both conditions, and the reply is sent in the language of the one that fired.

Why did an auto-reply not fire?

Check in order: the rule is enabled; the message matches the condition (for the “By meaning” type — close enough to the examples); auto-replies are enabled on the product and included in the plan. Processed messages and the rules that fired are visible in the auto-reply log.

Orders & analytics

Where do orders come from?

From every connected marketplace, roughly once an hour. Charts and reports are built from daily sales totals.

How is order margin calculated?

Revenue minus the category commission, the payout-chain deductions and the cost. The value is fixed at order time and never recalculated. Without a commission or a payout chain the margin is not shown.

What is market analysis?

A search of competitor listings in a niche with price statistics: median, minimum, distribution. The section is available on plans that include it; queries are limited per hour by the plan.

Subscription & balance

How do I activate a trial?

A trial is a feature of a specific plan. In the Subscription section press “Try N days”. When it ends the payment is charged from the balance; if there are no funds, one grace day remains.

What happens when a subscription ends?

After the paid period ends, one grace day remains. If the payment does not go through, the subscription becomes expired. The dashboard, settings, subscription and referrals stay available without an active subscription.

How do I top up the balance?

Open Subscription → Top up: the available methods are listed there. Renewals are charged from the balance automatically.

What happens when I switch to a smaller plan?

The service shows what does not fit the new limits and asks what to keep: marketplaces, products, rules. The rest goes to the trash; it can be restored while the trash still holds it and within the plan limit.

How does the referral program work?

The Referrals section holds the referral code. Rewards are credited to the balance for a referral’s trial and for their payment. Amounts depend on the referral’s plan and are shown in the section.

Security & Telegram

How do I enable sign-in codes?

Settings → Security → “Two-factor authentication”: connect an authenticator app via the link or QR code and store the ten recovery codes — each works once. Sign-in becomes two-step: password, then code.

How do I see where I am signed in?

Settings → “Active sessions”: devices with sign-in times. Any session can be ended individually; “Sign out on all devices” ends all of them, including the current one.

What can the Telegram bot do?

It delivers sales, delivery problems, and price proposals awaiting approval. From the bot you can apply proposed prices, check the stock and restock, and reply to a buyer. Link it in Settings, under Telegram.

Can I give access to an employee?

Employees link the Telegram bot via an invite from Settings; each gets an assigned set of notifications and actions. Access to the app stays with the account owner only.
